I have to admit I am a sucker for textures and am constantly on the look out for interesting textures when I am travelling anywhere. Even if I don’t have a camera with me, I will just capture them with my iPhone. Textures are a really great way to add extra level of interest to your images.
Mostly I use Adobe Photoshop to blend my textures but lately I have become a fan of Perfect Photo Suite 9 by onOne Software which also makes it easy to layer and blend textures with your images. And as not everybody has Photoshop I decided to put together a series of my textures in a Ready To Use texture pack. In fact a simple Double Click will install the texture pack in Perfect Photo Suite 9 and then you are set.
The texture pack contains 30 essential textures that will set you images apart. Here is a preview below.
